Living a dream by immersing yourself in nature in one of the most beautiful places on earth.

Wake up to the sound of birds, horses grazing and cow bells, breathe the fresh air of the mountains, watch the stars, relax and enjoy... 

We would like to invite you to the Swiss Alps, in Gantrisch, where we will experience a profound and intimate connection with ourselves and the horses.

Together we will share unforgettable memories and guide you to discover new realms within and outside of yourself by learning to listen to your inner compass, your inner knowing and be in the present moment.

We will answer your questions and share our knowledge, making sure you feel safe, heard and seen for who you truly are.

What do we offer? 

A safe environment where we are able to expand ourself, connect with our being and observe horses in their natural surrounding. We will expose ourself to the elements of nature while being protected by the connections towards each other.

What is the goal of these retreats? 

To guide you back in your essence, give you a better understanding about the bigger picture using horses as a medium. We will observer them, integrate ourself in their herd and open up to the lessons they have to offer. 
Our goal is to improve the connection with ourself and get a better understanding about the natural behavior of horses. 
 

 

OUR TEAM

I'm organising these retreats together with my partner Chiara. We find it important to see life from both perspectives, masculine and feminine and our goal is to find a balance in between. We are both available to share our insights and guide you where necessary. There is also a chef cook who will join our crew to deliver us delicious meals throughout this adventure. Our bodies and souls will be nourished ;)

4-DAY RETREATS in the beautiful region of Gantrisch (Switzerland)

 

 

ACCOMODATION

You will have 3 possibilities!
ONE: sleeping in the alpage 
TWO: we offer you a tent so you are able to find your own spot in nature
THREE: We sleep in the herd with a sleeping bag when the weather allows it

We will provide delicious nurturing food for breakfast lunch and diner but please let us know if you have any allergies or specific food requirements so we are able to satisfy your needs.

  • your own sleeping bag, towel and drinking bottle/thermos,
  • clothes for all weather purpose (temperatures and weather conditions can vary a lot by altitude),
  • hiking shoes
  • Sunscreen, toiletries (eco friendly only)
  • All you need for your self care.
